We broke ground and Tom and I are so excited. I spent a little time taking pictures of the activity. Tom did also on his way home from work. The culvert was laid in first at the edge of the road. When I arrived in the morning there was a bulldozer ploughing a new driveway and a dump truck full of large size gravel pouring it out.. That driveway will end up to be approximately 700 feet long.
After taking numerous pictures of that from several angles, I walked over to the home site itself. A team was using an excavator to dig out where the foundation was going to be.
You can see the fellow just climbing up and off a ladder out of the foundation hole. The excavator has a load of dirt and about to dump it off to the left. For better images take a look at our gallery of these pictures!
