The house is starting to feel like home now. We have had time to get used to the appliances and get the rugs and other furniture. So here is a few pictures to give you a feel for what we have going now.
Here is our new dining room table and chairs. Both are “distressed” to look old. The chairs are somewhere between a green and blue – teal?
We got two identical carpets that had many of the colors we have in the room to pull things together. Here is a close-up of the carpet. The second carpet is in the living room 2 feet away.
In the background you can see to the right part of the kitchen. Here is a better shot.
Last the update for the kitties. They have been getting along very well. Matai no longer growls at all at Aisha, which is really good because she is still less than half his size.
