I can very much identify with the stories in the Torah (also known as the Five Books of Moses in the Old Testament). So I put together my comments on the Torah. I was hoping to show my current values along with the background behind my present thinking. As a result, I hope to pass along tools for dealing with or overcoming anxiety and depression as well as help bring peace to our world. The last document is a summary of techniques I have used that helped me.  I call that my Healthy Habits.  I also want to clarify that I strongly believe in the value “honor your mother and father”. In the past, my parents and I have had our fair share of misunderstandings, most of them stemming from my own youthful ignorance which is only natural. I hope these comments show that I have tremendous respect for my parents and it continues to grow. I hope that you find this commentary enlightening and uplifting. I am willing to openly discuss anything. I welcome your feedback.
